How does working with us work?
Our collaboration begins with a phone call or email. In this initial step, you’ll speak with our Technical Director or an experienced consultant who will assess whether your project falls within our scope of services. This step is crucial – we don’t want to waste your time with unnecessary discussions, so we clarify whether we can assist you right from the first contact. If everything checks out, we’ll schedule a free roof inspection. Travel and on-site visits are free of charge, provided the project has been approved beforehand.
Our Technical Director, who also acts as a sales representative, will visit you. For more complex roof structures, our Construction Manager will conduct a thorough assessment of your roof’s technical condition. Following the inspection, we’ll provide you with a detailed cost estimate within one day. This allows you to quickly get an overview of the costs for your roof repair or renovation and make an informed decision.
What influences the final price, and what services are included in the cost estimate?
When preparing a cost estimate, we consider your individual needs and the actual technical condition of your roof. The quote includes a detailed description of the planned repair method, the exact square footage of the area to be repaired, and the number of components such as chimneys, ventilation systems, and antennas. If the lightning protection system needs to be replaced or modified, this is also listed in the quote.
The price covers all necessary work, including materials used for the repair or renovation, labor costs, team travel expenses, staff accommodation, scaffolding (if required), and waste disposal after completion. We won’t surprise you with additional costs after you sign the contract—all price components are transparent and listed in the document.
The final price depends primarily on three factors: the roof’s square footage, the extent of the damage, and the number of roof penetrations. The more chimneys, ventilation systems, and other installations penetrate the roof, the more extensive the sealing work and the higher the cost. This way, you know exactly what you’re paying for from the start and can compare quotes without worrying about hidden costs.

Warranty and Service
Upon completion of the work, you will receive a warranty. However, its maintenance is subject to clearly defined conditions. The warranty is based on mandatory, paid annual technical inspections by our specialists. If these inspections are not carried out, the warranty automatically expires, even if there are no visible defects on the roof. Regular inspections allow you to detect minor problems early and prevent more extensive damage.
Should you discover a leak or any other irregularities, please report them immediately. Our Technical Manager will come to your location, review your report, and assess the extent of the problem. Depending on availability, we will respond within a few days.
Especially important: Any work on the roof must be reported in advance. The installation of air conditioning units, photovoltaic systems, antennas, or other installations that require roof penetrations must be reported to our company beforehand. Any work carried out without our knowledge and without proper sealing of the penetrations will void the warranty. We will come to your location, secure the work area, and only then can you proceed with the installation without risk of future problems.
