Gdynia – renovation of tar paper roof
Refurbishment of the felt roof and renovation of the skylights at one of our company’s regular customers on an area of 3,500 m2. The large number of process passages in the form of chimneys, exhaust vents and other installations using an asphalt-rubber dispersion did not cause any problems with the waterproofing. The entire renovation was completed with the application of a mineral dispersion on a seamless waterproofing layer. The work was completed after 14 days.
Szczecin – modernisation of trapezoidal sheet metal roofing
Photo report from our biggest project of 2018: a large company near Szczecin, where we modernised a 10,000 m2 trapezoidal sheet metal roof. Difficult-to-seal polycarbonate skylights were installed on the roof surface at roof level, some of which were replaced by new skylights with a ventilation function. The entire renovation was completed with a double coat of paint with a 10-year guarantee period. The project was completed in 31 days.
Wloclawek – renovation of a felt roof
Photo documentation of a small-scale comprehensive refurbishment of a felt roof at a private contractor’s premises. The old roof covering was heavily degraded, with a large number of blisters and the substrate of the entire structure was also heavily soaked, so additional sliding mats and ventilation chimneys were installed. The lead time was 7 days.
Koszalin – renovation of rooflights including roof surface
One of the largest realisations of 2018: extensive renovation of a felt roof with carriage lighting, covering an area of 5500 m2. The height of the roof and the distances to be bridged led to many difficulties in delivering the materials. The work was completed within 25 days.
Opoczno – renovation of the felt roof
A very special and difficult roof renovation of a bitumen roof with a large number of skylights on an area of 1200 m2 in 5 days. The work was carried out with Flexconnect asphalt-rubber mix and impregnation of the reinforcing fleece. Particular precision and accuracy was required in the execution of the connections around the skylights.
Katowice – Modernisation of skylights
A photographic report on the extensive refurbishment of the marquee skylights on the 4,500 m2 roof. The photos show the various stages of the Dacar work using Flexconnect asphalt-rubber compound. Numerous horizontal cracks can be seen in the glazing, which with our technology are no reason to replace the glazing with new. The total duration of the work is 14 days.
