The Integro Dach System employees’ favourite project is a 2500 m2 felt roof with arched skylights near Warsaw. Renovation of a completely flat roof without additional waterproofing and technical transitions. These conditions enabled us to complete the entire job in just 5 days. The end result is indescribable.

Completion of a felt roof refurbishment with curved skylights at a large company on an area of 1600 m2, carried out exclusively with Flexconnect asphalt-rubber compound without the use of an open fire. The end result is stunning and was finished with a mineral sprinkle. Completion took 10 days.

A priority project for us was the renovation of the roofing of the grandstand of a sports facility, which we carried out for a local authority. Specialised equipment was used to carry out the corrosion protection work. The difficulty with this type of work is the colour coating on the underside of the roofing. During the renovation itself, only the asphalt-rubber dispersion Flexconnect was used, which seals the heavily degraded roof surface with a reinforcing fleece.

Carrying out spot repairs on the trapezoidal sheet metal roof. A free visual inspection of the entire roof surface identified a number of potential leakage points, which were spot-sealed. The work carried out will make it possible to keep the roof watertight until the comprehensive repairs planned for 2019.

Refurbishment of the felt roof and renovation of the skylights at one of our company’s regular customers on an area of 3,500 m2. The large number of process passages in the form of chimneys, exhaust vents and other installations using an asphalt-rubber dispersion did not cause any problems with the waterproofing. The entire renovation was completed with the application of a mineral dispersion on a seamless waterproofing layer. The work was completed after 14 days.
